What does a typical yacht charter entail?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, life-saving gear, included fuel, and simple beverages. Each charter type has its own inclusions; for example, evening cruises provide upscale snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments, while business charters offer meeting amenities and specialized catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
For guaranteed availability, it's prudent to book 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date, particularly within the high season months of May–September. Planning corporate events or private gatherings should be done 4–6 weeks in advance for improved access to vessels and to bespoke arrangements.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our highest concern. In the event of unsafe weather as determined by our captain, we will propose an alternate date or issue a full refund. We closely monitor climatic conditions and will reach out to you if questionable weather is forecasted 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Nonetheless, we provide exceptional catering options and are able to personalize dining experiences to your taste. Keep in mind for security purposes, no glass receptacles are allowed aboard.
Do your yachts accommodate individuals with mobility issues?
We make every effort to ensure our vessels are accessible to all individuals. Some of our yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. Discuss your specific requirements with us upon reservation, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrange any special requisites.
What are your terms for cancellation?
Cancellations processed more than 72 hours before departure are fully reimbursable. Cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours are subject to a 50% reimbursement. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, unless it's a result of inclement weather or mechanical difficulties on our behalf.
